Notification on the Second Dubbing Competition of "Journey Together, Voices Everlasting" Classic Film and Television

To all students in the college,

In order to enhance students' international language skills, further promote cultural exchange and mutual learning, the college has decided to hold the second Dubbing Competition of "Journey Together, Voices Everlasting" Classic Film and Television. The specific activity notice is as follows:

I. Participants and Format

All current students of the Economic College can participate individually or in teams of 2 to 5 people.

II. Event Duration

November 11, 2024 - November 22, 2024

III. Event Procedures

The competition will be divided into a Chinese dubbing track and an English dubbing track. Chinese students need to participate in the English dubbing track, while non-Chinese students should join the Chinese dubbing track. The competition will adopt a two-level system of preliminary and final rounds.

（1）Preliminary Round

Participants are required to record their own dubbing videos. Videos should show the main face of the participant during dubbing (side view acceptable), accompanied by clips or screenshots from the film or TV work (screenshots must indicate the dubbing role). Video recording duration should be between 2 to 5 minutes. Videos need to be packaged and sent to the email: 2621188417@qq.com before the night of 14^th NOV. After scoring by judges, staff will announce the list of finalists who have advanced in the preliminary list.

（2）Final Round

Finalists need to submit clips from film and TV works for review before the final. Upon approval, they will present live dubbing displays of 2 to 5 minutes. If additional props are needed, please bring by yourself. Judges will score based on the on-site performance to determine the final scores of the participants. Winners of first, second, and third prizes, excellence awards, and outstanding organization awards will be ranked from highest to lowest scores, and corresponding prizes, cash rewards, and certificates will be awarded. Specific times and locations for the finals will be announced after preliminary round.

IV. Scoring Criteria and Award Settings

Award Settings Participants will receive corresponding extra-curricular credits.

First Prize:

English Track 0-1 Group: Beats Headphones, Prize Money 800 Yuan

Chinese Track 0-1 Group: Beats Headphones, Prize Money 800 Yuan

Second Prize:

English Track 0-2 Group: Edifier Headphones, Prize Money 500 Yuan

Chinese Track 0-1 Group: Edifier Headphones, Prize Money 500 Yuan

Third Prize:

English Track 0-3 Group: Logitech Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Set, Prize Money 300 Yuan
